Products of the Series TECNISOL

 

TECNISOL was developed on the base of TECNO CER’s thirty-five years of experience in the field of ceramics. Against the background of this experience we succeeded in creating a product with an impregnating and water-repellent effect on building materials that are exposed to any kind of weather conditions: ceramics, outside panellings, stone surfaces (also porous ones), marble, brick, cement, metal. TECNISOL is the solution that aims at avoiding damage on these materials through water, ice and atmospheric pollution .

Further to the aforesaid qualities TECNISOL counteracts on the corrosion of surfaces that are exposed to environmental factors and protects them against dirt, humidity and against a process of early age-deterioration.

 

TECNISOL M31 brick stone Stone and brick surfaces become waterrepellent and less sensitive as pores are closed during the treatment and thus cannot absorb dirt any longer. The product acts protecting against infiltrations and crumbling away. The impregnation protects concrete surfaces and does not change their aesthetic look. The surface to be treated must be dry, clean, and free of both soluble salts and mildew. TYPE OF PRODUCT Water-repellent proofing, colourless, basing on silicon derivatives. AREA OF APPLICATION On vertical and horizontal surfaces, water-repellent,protects against environmental influence. Enhanced air permeability. CHARACTERISTICS • powerful in penetration • prevents the growth of algae and mould • does not influence the respiration of undercoating. APPLICATION Brush - roller - airbrush CONSUMPTION According to type of surface and degree of absorption, TECNISOL is applied on 4 – 8 qm/liter. USE ONLY IN WELL VENTILATED AREA (ventilation appliances). DO NOT INHALE EMERGING VAPOURS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

 

TECNISOL M 31/VS sandblast glass It is available in three colour shades (yellow – green – blue) and neutral. It adds transparent tinting to the glass and protects the sandblast glass surface. This product acts impregnating against imprints and protects surfaces from dust and environmental factors. Apply with spray pistol. To achieve an even application dilute with nitro thinner. We recommend to define the degree of thinning – which depends on individual manual skill - by prior test spraying. To have an even effect on the surface it is recommended to repeat the procedure. Let dry for fifteen minutes. The product is resistant against ultraviolett and infra-red rays. USE ONLY IN WELL VENTILATED AREA (ventilation appliances). DO NOT INHALE EMERGING VAPOURS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WEAR PROTECTING GLOVES. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

 

TECNISOL M31 /E stone, cement, brick, marble, metal The product acts impregnating against saltpetering (white edges) and infiltrations, and crumbling away of surfaces due to absorbed moisture. Surfaces made of marble and/or brick become less sensitive, as pores are closed during the treatment and thus cannot absorb dirt any longer. Recommended for coverings of marble, brick, stone, cement. For memorial stones. Best protection against atmospheric pollution, less grip of smog on surfaces and micro-splits. Graffito is easier to be removed from a pre-treated underground; in this case aggressive cleaning-products which could chance the look of the underground are no more necessary. When used on metals oxidation and rusting decrease. To be applied manually with cotton-wool ball or with spray pistol. Follow-up treatment is not needed. Afterwards you may also paint or varnish/spray cement or plastered surfaces. Prevents of going mildew. The surface to be treated must be dry, clean, and free of both soluble salts and mildew. APPLICATION Brush - roller - airbrush CONSUMPTION According to type of surface and degree of absorption, TECNISOL is applied on 4 – 8 sqm/liter. Treatment with Tecnisol acts water-repellent and protects surfaces from penetration and infiltration by beating rain. The impregnation does not leave a film on the surface, it is transparent, allows water steam to pass through, it is resistant against alkaline and atmospherical factors. It is also applied to restrict moisture to the inner side of stonework, soluble salts cannot penetrate through anymore to the surface. It protects concrete surfaces and does not change their aesthetic look.

 

TECNISOL M31plus various options This product was designed for easier decision as to which product for which application. It offers different options and can be applied on the following surfaces: - On cement, brick and respective plastering on outside walls, and on roughcast. For at least eight years it protects against crumbling caused by water absorption by creating a water-repellent and smoothing structure which makes the works last longer: - On the joints of tile surfaces, impeding that oil and/or grease are put on. - On natural stone, also porphyry, it protects against crumbling and aging processes. - Acts sealing, to prevent from micro-infiltration and moisture excretion. - With regard to its anti-bacterial quality the product is used to protect against mildew. - For outside painting: The treatment acts as a water-repellent shield against moisture from both the outside and the inside of buildings and thus it prolongs the painting’s life. - On constituents made of cement or iron it diminishes signs of deterioration. -Rust and oxydation on metal are reduced. - Application on porous materials are reduced by their absorption degree . TECNISOL M 31R restore For all porous surfaces as stone, cement, marble,porfiry, brick, metal in inside- or outside environments. Used on metal surfaces the rust is prevented, surfaces as bricks and terracotta keep their original colour and they don’t get grey shadows. This product is used too for protecting marble and stone sculptures. All surfaces treated with TECNISOL M31R become water- and dirt-repellent. The treatment creates a invisible shield on the surface and thus the surface becomes resistant against all staining (oil, dirt, smog), against acids, solvents and cleansers as UV and infrared beams too. The treated surface resists very good with high-pressure cleaning. The treated surface has non-stick quality and so cleaning is easy and quick. This way, graffiti-writings can be cleaned up easily. Moss and mildew aren’t no more a problem.
